This cost will be advised when you notify us of your return. However, we will deduct from your refund the cost of collecting the item(s) and any delivery charge you originally paid. If you are returning your order we will refund the cost of your item(s). We will get in touch to arrange collection or return of the item(s) you do not want to keep. If you have changed your mind and want to return all or part of your order please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order. Once we have received your returned items you'll receive a prompt refund less delivery charge to the card or PayPal account you used for payment. Just contact us and we can arrange for large or heavy items to be collected from your door or for smaller items to be posted back to us. This means you can return items that you've purchased from us for any reason as long as you notify us within 28 days of receiving the item(s)*.

If you would like to purchase in bulk or trade quantities please contact your nearest Storage Box store. There are quantities limits on some products when purchasing online.
Storage Box does not ship outside of New Zealand Otherwise we will need to deliver your order to you and charge a courier fee for this. Storage Box does allow pick up in store, where there is a Storage Box in your area. Please note that delivery to Waiheke Island, Stewart Island are likely to incur additional costs. If your order is very large or your delivery address is outside our normal delivery coverage a special delivery cost may be added, in this case we will contact you to discuss the charges and options. The delivery cost is displayed where you choose your shipping option upon your purchase when completing the checkout process. The standard delivery cost is $7.50 including GST per order.
